to finally accomplish a life goal

Hello~! This is my blog about my journey to my ultimate goal.
I've had this blog for some times, but hasn't reached a year yet. However, I've had more fails than wins. And it shames me, but truth be told, I feel like I've gain more knowledge about this whole journey and what is right for me.
So, before my goal was concerned with weight. But as I faltered continuously, I found out something more important than just weight.
It was how I saw my body. And how I felt about it. It wasn't going to be about some stupid number anymore.

Now, my goal is to get a body that I'll be proud of. And this body will finally give me a life I dreamed of.
I will not give up now. It's 2012. Useless excuses are null and void.

I haven’t had boong-uhs in a reaaaaally long time…

should I make some tomorrow? hmmm it is a thought… we’ll see :) 

I didn’t do morning workout because it was sooooooooooo cold. -.- I just had to stay in bed, and I was freeezing. The bed won this battle ahah!

BUT other than that! the rest of the day was amazingly successful! 

Yesterday’s raiding the gas station just went poof~! :) 

I have a totally new and amazing motivation right now, so I’m working even harder. :) 

english class I want to forget, but that has nothing to do with my health. ahah! :) 

So, I’ll just write my confession here. READ AT YOUR OWN RISK. XD

So, after Epic Meal Time, I had planned for 7 days of cleansing. 

Well, let’s just say, that went down the drain. 
I was losing motivation fast, and I was just too tired of it. Months of ups and downs, but I just wanted it to be over.

So, till yesterday, I had the joy of eating the things I would have, not worrying about my weight at all.

For some reason, I didn’t touch fast food. But, I went to the gas station and bought things like hot cheetos, muffins, ice cream, etc. I ate things when I went out, I didn’t care how much I ate. I just wanted to feel like how I was before I started this journey.

I definitely felt a huge difference. I felt even more sluggish, more heavier obviously, more tired, more lazy, and just BLAH.

However, to tell the honest truth, I was really glad I did this, because it showed me how I’m never going into this lifestyle again. I need to continue fresh and new. I need to do this and stick with it forever. 

And I just had a new wave of motivation. And I felt that excitement I first felt when I started this months ago. 

So, there you go! I went into a week filled with laziness, gluttony, and little to no exercise. And I don’t regret it one bit. I’m now feeling great about working out again and eating only healthy food. 

My workout and eating plans are all planned for December and it’s all new because I got a treadmill! :) It’s more intense now ahah! 

I just feel renewed now, December 1st was great. I did all my workout and ate everything I’m suppose to. 

I hit 140 pounds. That’s the heaviest I’ve ever been in my life. Do I feel bad about it? Not at all. You’re probably like WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH THIS BITCH??? 

XD Well, that’s just how mentally prepared I was. I don’t feel bad. Besides, I gave up on tracking my progress by weight anyways. 

I also made a challenge for myself. 21 days. 21 days of only eating the things I listed and nothing more. :) 

Gah! I’m so blad to be back on my feet!!! 

No hating guys! ahaha! Lets just say this was an experiment! :) 

It’s finally December and I’m already into a great start! 

I have a confession that I’ll be posting later about the last week. 

But!!

So far: 

  • 20 min. fast walk around the neighborhood! Met two people also walking/running. Said good morning and I feel great!
  • 10 min. jump roping. - it was my first time in about 4-5 months. I’m going to ease into it because I really enjoyed jump roping. 

Ab workout: 

  • 20 regular crunches
  • 20 side oblique crunches on both sides. 
  • 20 Leg Lifts
  • 20 Bicycle Crunches. 

Leg Workout:

  • 20 Squats
  • 20 Plie Squats
  • 20 Side Leg Lifts on both sides
  • 20 Hip Extensions on both sides!!

Food!: 

  • 1 sweet potato
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 cup of black rice with soybeans!
  • And green tea!!!

This December is going to be awesome and I know it! <3 

Also, juice detox was amazing as well! I feel so much better. 

I’m only going to do it today, because it was such a success. 

Exercising was awesome as well~ <3 

I honestly thought it would taste horrible considering what I put in it… -____- but I WAS WRONG~ <3 

I’m doing a juice detox for today and tomorrow. So, yeap! 

Awesome start to the end of November! <3 

It was freaking windy though!!! DX But I loved it. I love jogging when there is wind. 

I also found my jogging pace so I can go for a really long time XD 

I LOVE THIS~~ 

AND I just finished my breakfast. 

Bran Flakes (I think) with Unsweetened Almond Milk. 

2 egg whites

and 4 strawberries~

Breakfast! Whole Food cereal with unsweetened almond milk and some pineapple! Right after a good workout. Upa~! ^^

AWESOME. I ate everything that I logged, healthy and clean and I’m satisfied!! Lots of fruits and veggies, and chicken breast!!! :D 

I did all the exercises that I wrote! 

November 7 was a success! ^^
